Refund policy

We offer returns 14 days of receipt of delivery, in the form of a store credit or exchange.  Returns/exchanges are not available on final sale items.  All items must be unused, in original condition with tags.  Items cannot be returned with signs of wear, stains or odors. 

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange if we believe that there is any sign of wear, alterations, odors, washing or damage to the item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns/exchanges past the 14 days of receipt of delivery. 

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted as a return for store credit or exchange.

Customers are responsible for shipping returned items to LMB. Please return your item(s) by purchasing your own shipping label with the carrier of your choice.  We recommend shipping returns via a trackable method as we are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Please provide the reason regarding the return along with the invoice and order # for the item(s). 
  • Repackage item(s) and send to the following address: 1205 Johnson Ferry Rd, Ste 136 – 341, Marietta, GA 30068
  • Once return package is received and inspected by LMB, store credit will be applied to an E-Gift Card and emailed to buyer.  Please allow 7 days from date LMB receives your package to process the exchange.
